Great Benefits, nice community feel

Pros

Great Benefits, the summer and Christmas profit share bonus's are very nice, as well as the Christmas hamper. Pay is decent, subsidized staff canteen is nice and most people are friendly and good to work with. They put a lot of money into the place and it's equipment constantly to keep everything up to date.

Cons

Not great flexibility or hybrid/work from home aspects. It can vary depending on the job role and manager but the company as a whole seems to be against it.

Great food at good discount . X3 breaks a day, decent day shifts, 2.5 days off a week. Company bonus for permanent staff.

Cons

Noisy environment. Stood for long periods at a time. Very Strict on timing, sickness. School type environment. Regular staff treated different to temps. If you see someone ill as a temp you never see them again. So big turn over off staff.
