-Medical insurance cover not just employee but also spouse and 2 kids , the glasses allowance is quite generous -Working remote model -Office in senayan -Very supportive team member -No pressure at all compare with any start up that I worked before lol, maybe thats why the company didnt have much profit due to this I dont know -There is no dumb questions, you can ask anybody about all things
Cons
-Even thou this company is a rebranding start up company named Harukaedu that already built since 2013, a lot things has not yet been in place, so its really is like working in early stage of start up -Not stable company financially, they just lay off maybe 50ish employee due to not able get a new investor -A lot competitor in edutech that offer cheaper price for the class compare with what this company can offer, to win the market in Indonesia is very very tough for the company -I really feel the management is like still dont know what the priority for the company and just trial and error a lot things, very risky if you looking for a stable company
