My friend convinced me to interview for this company in college. I wasn't looking to work as I had just left a full time job. It turned out to be the most rewarding experience! While working at Pioneer Linens, I was exposed to many aspects of luxury design. As an intern, I learned about creating relationships with vendors and clients. I also had the privilege of accompanying the buyers to market. We selected items to stock for the next season. In the next season, I followed how items performed. To this day, the top of the bed is still very important to me.
Cons
Some of the systems were antiquated, but they were making improvements.

Friendly Staff who work together as a team. Fun retail job where every day is different. Great discounts on quality products.

Small company so limited room for advancement.
