Business outlook
Pros
Company gives training for college grads and alot of time off for family stuff. Tons of people had kids during the time when I was there. Very traditional environment. Was a different company when Mary Dahl was president, new leadership, new company.
Cons
Not progressive at all, eons away from going paperless or to e-invoicing/e-commerce to meet their competitors, yet every week they make the entire purchasing department redo all the prices to comply with old systems and processes they refused to change. Ideas aren't listened to and management has no business being managers.
