Plenty of work to be done. Work here if you don't plan on having a family or personal life.

Cons

No work life balance. Pay across the board isn't as good as others in the area. The company is beholden to GM. That means you work the same terrible hours. Been working 6 days a week upwards of 60 hours a week for over a year.
