Pros
I have worked at at Pivot3 for over 15 years. I was one of the original employees when the company first started. Over the years, we went from from a small company with about 15 employees all in Houston to over 250 employees worldwide. It is exciting working at a company that is getting more successful every day. Pivot3 respects its people and provides a balanced work/family environment. They take excellent care of their employees. It is fun and exciting to be a part of the development of new technologies. The management gives everyone the room to do what they were hired for without trying to micromanage them. They allow an engineer to speak up and drive the direction of the company. I've never worked for a company that respects each and every employee and solicits each employee to contribute to their best ability.
The management team works together to get through any challenges and no one points the finger at someone else saying "It's not me fault, look at XXX". They shut the door and figure out how to precede. The upper management shares the state of and the future direction of the company so every employee knows where the company is heading.
Bottom line, this is a great and exciting place to work.
Cons
None that I can think of.
