I have worked in both small and multinational groups in the recruiting industry, and I can say without any doubt that Pixie Services is the best one by far. You can have all the pros that you have in the big ones (international teams in 4 locations, corporate english language, professional career, the best clients waiting to be reached, great salary+commissions schedule) and all the best from the small ones (atmosphere, autonomy, young team full of energy). Also the management is great: open to discussions, always ready to help, great knowledge of our market, flexibility, autonomy, etc)
