      Zero. Zilch. Not a single one.

      When the entire HR team isn’t getting fired three times a year they’ve decided their new hobby is writing their own fake five-star reviews on here to try to hide the honest ones. Do you like being constantly berated by management for failure to reach impossible targets while your commissions, resources and support are continuously stripped away? Do you enjoy being stuck negotiating with incompetent sales development teams while nepotistic and inexperienced managers bully you? Well then do I have the place for you! The employees here have been ground down to burned-out husks of their former selves. People are leaving in droves. Often. The operations and finance teams deliberately stall processing customer deals so that sales teams miss the commissions deadlines and are not actually paid properly for their efforts. If you’re interviewing for a role here and they tell you you’ll earn commission? They’re lying to you.

      Benefits okay and straightforward interview process.

      Cons

      I have never worked with so many teams who go out of their way to perform with such deliberate and calculated mediocrity. Management keeps finding new and innovative ways to miss every single performance target. Incompetent processing, sales development and operations teams that make pathetic mistakes and don’t communicate properly with anyone. Completely unreasonable overtime expectations and low pay compared to other companies in the market. The few good employees left have been worked to breaking point, extreme nepotism culture and now there’s robots replying to these posts.

      no one in leadership has any idea how to actually run a business in 2025. they have a "no complaints" policy. if you even mention an issue, you are labeled a problem
