Pros
The technical stack is excellent, the work undertaken exciting and innovative. The original tech team was world class, a couple still are.
Cons
Micromanagement to the extreme. Lack of trust of core members of the company at every level of seniority. Meetings about meetings about meetings. Aggressive, shouty management techniques (from the highest level) that are 30 years out of date.
