this company only cares about the money. During this coronavirus craziness, they furloughed all of us without any kind of pay. Although I am certain that upper management is making due just fine. The company is doing very well financially-- very disappointing to see how little they actually care. The atmosphere is so petty. Super sharky and no morale. Everyone is fighting for the sale when there's 5 sellers on the floor. Makes things super tense and uncomfortable. Don't even get me started on the pay. You start a VERY low hourly and the commission is VERY minimal as well. Crazy strict rules-- like not ever crossing your arms, no leaning. Literally corporate would watch the cameras and call us to call one person out for LEANING against a counter durning an 8 hour shift. Unbelievable. I knew they thought we were expendable, but then this happened with Coronavirus and we REALLLYYY saw their true colors. Will not be returning after this all blows over and recommend you look elsewhere for work.
