Pros
- Autonomy : trusted to get on with my work and provided with the tools and support I need. - Interesting: the work is varied and complex. I've never been bored - No glass ceilings - Able to work from anywhere
Cons
None I can think of. We're growing super fast so we have some of the same growing pains that others do - such as too much work for each person but we're actively hiring to try and reduce that down.
