Absolutely terrible management team and culture. High ego, low maturity founders who have very limited business sense but still intrude in every single aspect of the company. Micromanagement on steroids prevails and the atmosphere is stifling. This is a textbook case of narcissistic engineers thinking they know everything and running the business to the dirt. In the end, the results show. The company has severely struggled to scale after close to 5 years in existence. But there is still plenty of talk about making AWS, GCP, Red Hat irrelevant. One of the other reviewers has even posted about getting to an IPO. Seriously? IPO? There is a small matter of revenue that seems to have been forgotten. Yes, startups have to fake it till they make it but cmon! Don’t join unless you want to just do what you are told or you are a masochist who would love to experience a Theranos like environment.

The talent is gone to waste by the lack of clear leadership within the organization. There is no form of meritocracy within the organization. There is an apparent lack of trust between employee's and leadership. A clear-cut lack of communication. An incredibly toxic organization given how small the organization is. Instead of enabling their best employees, the prefer to stifle their success.
