      Pros

      - Great people on the floor. - Good if you need some experience under your belt.

      Cons

      - Micromanagement from top management. - Lots of teflon managers. - Reviews (pay raise) take forever for employees that do not work for production. I worked here for 1-1/2 years and never had one. My coworkers did not have one either during that time. - If you are looking for a place where you want to make a strong impact, this is not for you. - Lack of communication in every level.

      Pros

      Other than one senior manager with a great asset not much I'm afraid. The company is very clean and air conditioned.

      Cons

      Found this company to be very unethical. Management does not listen to the concerns of its employees. Their training program is non-existent. This company is extremely unorganized which makes finding a directive nearly impossible.

      - Innovative manufacturing company that provides goods and services for multiple industries such as medical, food, automotive, and industrial - Great opportunity to learn more about custom manufacturing & die cutting - Growing company - Intelligent managers & employees that have a willingness to help others - Plitek has the upmost respect for their customers and does whatever possible to keep them satisfied

      Cons

      The cons that I can share are quite vain and not that important. At times, Plitek has an overwhelming amount of work that requires management to turn down some of the potential opportunities in order to keep customers happy.
