Great starting company for IT professional. Great Team. Opportunities to learn and train yourself in the field.
Pros
Great team, supportive and backed you up in the IT processes they had as long as you followed the process, they respected time and ability to do the job your way as long as you stayed on track with the process. Manager/Team Leader was supportive, assisted with personally issues and allowed for learning and professional development. They paid for my course, certificates and allowed me to learn on the job.
Cons
Full-time on site, 5 days a week in Wellington city. (But this was the role as we dealt with product life cycle, so take it how you may). Only 2 levels to increase into in terms of career progression, SDA Junior and Senior, and only 2 Senior SDA positions available. Didn't receive a pay increase in the 2.5 years that I worked there but they were a charity company, so take this how you may.
