RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Pluralsight full-time for less than a year
Pros
An intelligent, colaborative, 'can- do' approach, and clear vision. The culture at PS is pervasive and genuine. The people are extremely capable and supportive. There is a razor like focus on success, but not at all costs. There is a human touch at PS which I have experienced very day since joining. Although we are dispersed across the world PS has invested in technologies that connect each of us in the ways we need them to (both formal and informal). Honestly, this is an extraordinbary place to work and I feel priviledged to be here
Cons
Will let you know when I un-earth them. Don't join if you are looking for an easy ride or somewhere to hide!

Pros
Pluralsight have created a product and supporting services that are truly making a difference to individuals and organisations - this is incredibly motivating and working for such a clear purpose is really rewarding. The most talented team I have ever worked with - never seen such innovation and investment in a product. It's sustained and intentional. Good renumeration and benefits package Work/Life balance is important to all - you are measured on results and impact and trusted to do what it takes to meet your objectives Collaborative rather than competitive The work itself is interesting and intellectually challenging Never experienced at onboarding like it and felt so connected so quickly
Cons
If you don't like a dynamic, growing organisation and everything that comes with that, then this may not be the place for you. But this is not a con for me! It's what energises me and enables me feedback experience and ideas that directly shape the future of the company. This does mean though that things change quickly and the growth of the company means things don't stand still. I have seen people join that have come from some of the large, long standing tech/SaaS companies that have found this challenging, so you need to decide what's important to you and what kind of environment suits you best.

Thanks for sharing your experience - a really awesome evaluation. We do have such a stellar team and agree that as we grow globally, we must continue to have the flexibility in our approach around culture, values, and strategy while keeping core to our mission. Thank you for being a part of this growth and the work we do to make this happen! - Anita

Pros
You feel part of the family even before you join and once you are there they really cannot do enough for you. I cannot fault the care and attention that everyone pays to getting to know you as an individual. What you give you get back in buckets. If I was asked to draw up a list of my ideal company to work for, including culture, behaviour and benefits, then Pluralsight is the company I was looking for.
Cons
At the moment I cannot see any

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Pluralsight full-time for less than a year
Pros
I was attracted to Pluralsight due to the unique company values that put people (employees and customers) FIRST. Unlimited vacation + no sales commission + no sales target culture = customers receive the best service
Cons
Put on 7 pounds in my first 8 weeks due to lack of stress.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Pluralsight full-time for more than a year
Pros
The company was fair to their employees, allowed them to keep their jobs during Covid-19, and provides the tools to be successful.
Cons
A growing company with new leadership can have different methodologies of process. Sometimes reconciling these internally from group to group can be a challenge, but overall the team is understanding and seek to understand the reps.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Pluralsight full-time for more than a year
Pros
#1 focus everyday is on delivering customer value Great cross-functional collaboration Strong executive engagement with customers C-suite is very approachable Product simply works Didn't lay anyone off during COVID-19; cut back in practical areas instead
Cons
Stream of continuous acquisitions without strong execution to merge the organizations culturally, product or process-wise Product requires a heavy lift before it's truly enterprise-ready, esp with regards to data analytics and integrations Recent Vista acquisition through all strategy and plans for 2021 in the trash and now we don't know what we'll be asked to deliver in Q1 C-suite is almost all male and white. Corp-wide discussions on diversity got awkward -- then top talent started leaving Sales territories are completely redrawn every January, causing a lot of turnover for Customers and unnecessarily heavy workload for Sales & Success teams.
