      Pros

      Good benefits/ PTO package and can work 100% remote.

      Cons

      #1 Leadership... #2 Say they want change, but they definitely do not! #Terrbile turnover rate- and this will continue to be the trend until they realize leadership is the issue.

      Pros

      Great technical talent with an open and sharing culture makes the company Slack useful, informative, and entertaining. Decent benefits overall Good people Flexible hours and schedule A number of contracts allows employees mobility

      Cons

      They moved from a straight-forward and simple to use PTO system to a new "FlexPTO" system which requires employees to bill 1,800 hours to contracts and the rest can be taken off. The new system is obfuscated in the timekeeping system and requires a decent bit of math and forecasting to determine how much PTO you can take at any given time, unless you wait until the end of the year, at which point the only math required is figuring out when you'll hit your MAU number and hope that you'll be allowed to take the rest of the year off.

      You get a lot of opportunities to work on multiple projects and with multiple technologies to as great a depth as you're able to achieve

      VERY expensive medical benefits; very, very, very regressive OT and PTO policies

      Thank you for your review and providing us with feedback. We ask our employees for feedback and conduct research and analysis to ensure that our benefits are aligned to, or better, than industry standard for cost and offerings. Plus3 fully covers the cost of employee benefits and charges the industry standard for dependent coverage. We are a government contractor that has to adhere to contractual requirements with regard to OT.
