      Sometimes low to zero mentoring, in a difficult spell decisions for your career would just be announced to you literally last minute, low funding caused internal problems.

      Pros

      Pobuca has great prospects both in the Greek and in the European market as its development in relation to the goals set every year is upward. It partners with one of the largest IT organizations in the world, Microsoft, which helps the quality of the products and services it offers both for the costumers and the employees. The pleasant working environment is something you could expect. The flexible hours in combination with the people who make up the human resources make it the ideal environment for work and personal development.

      Cons

      I think the only negative thing that could mention is that there is no clear framework of the duties that an employee has according to his position. This is due to the fact that there is no hard evaluation of the work produced by each team and each individual worker.
