Manager/Part Owner (Peter Wong) at poke house Santa Cruz is borderline abusive. He micromanages, punishes people for slight mistakes and has a serious anger problem. He isn't fit to run a restaurant, almost all coworkers I knew had something negative to say about him.

Peter Wong will milk, exploit and experiment on the employees' durability. This job is mentally and physically draining. The owner is absolutely money-driven and has no respect for his workers. There is not a single decision he makes without money on his mind (involving real people). He has no idea how to run a business properly without overworking and burning out the staff. I cannot overstate this enough; he should not be running a business. He claims to be running a small business but his franchise is completely UNETHICAL. You can take a look for yourself, staff looks stressed and it does not take a genius to see there are not enough people on the shift especially for the popularity of the store.
