      Pros

      Excellent work life balance. Company cares for it's employees Managers are excellent

      Cons

      Very heavily male dominated department. Lots of senior engineers being hired instead of all different levels of engineer. With the above point on a lot of senior engineers it makes it hard to see growth beyond becoming a senior engineer. More and more poor large OEM habits are forming

      Lack of upper management communication Drive towards external partners rather than in-house developments Handfuls of untouchable people in HQ who are not right for the future of the company, but will never be challenged
