      Great Team (including Research Management Team) but out of touch Executive Management

      Remote work, really great supportive team and supportive Research Management Team, Team works very hard to achieve company goals

      Cons

      Low salaries (across industry), Executive management completely out of touch with use of third party vendors who do not help build capacity but detract, asking us to do more with less

      PTO is pretty decent for this job

      Cons

      I started this job and was told that three girls I was working with were about to quit. I was there for 3 weeks and they told me I had to learn all of these girls jobs. Since it was so much work in such little time they fired me since I couldn't learn everyone's job within two weeks. Not a good place to work
