      - Work with some very down to earth people who are always willing to help; - it is good to work with customers and help them with fashion, a lot of customers geniunely appreicate when you help them walk away feeling excited about their formal, wedding, etc; - As a casual you get to work at multiple locations and it feels like a fresh new job - Zero micromangaging; - Generous staff discounts
