      - Surrounded by very friendly and smart people, working on interesting projects, which provides a lot of learning opportunities - Growing rapidly, so employees get to take a lot of ownership of their work.

      The Dialogue Designer role is perfect for linguists looking to work in tech.. With the rise of LLMs, many other companies are forgetting about linguists and prioritizing engineers, but the DD team at PolyAI is the key to the product's success. I feel very valued as an employee and I see many opportunities for growth in the future.

      Cons

      The interview process was very long, but worth it in the end.
