      Very engaged team that appreciates it's history, while looking to the future. Company is debt free and very solid. Family-oriented and caring people to work with. Company does a lot of volunteer work.

      Typical "growing pain" issues - some dated systems/procedures, struggles with deciding what should go and what should stay..
