There are/were some clever people at Polymatica, but sadly many of them were pushed out shortly after the commercial team changed. New leadership had a very bullish attitude that everyone before had been doing it wrong and that now we would smash it. There was bullying, shouting, swearing, stamping of little man feet and one by one, waving goodbye to the previous sales team. There's a culture of a competence level that makes Homer Simpson look like Elon Musk! Nothing of any significance has ever been sold outside Russia.
I joined the company with high expectations and joined a highly skilled team, but with an even higher staff turnover, due primarily to a culture of bullying, aggression, mistrust and lack of vision, it’s a sad end to a sorry tale.
