Pros

Nice office and laptop. hr tries to make things fun

Cons

Leadership is horrible. If you not latino, do not work here. Burnout is real, you have to wait 4 months to take a day off. Health insurance does not start immediately. No training, no empathy and no compassion.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience at Ponce Bank – both what you’re happy with (our digs and employee engagement) and areas where you’d like to see improvement (benefits and training). Here at Ponce, we always try to listen formally through our annual employee survey and informally by encouraging open communication channels between employees and their supervisors. We listen on social media, we listen on Glassdoor, and we would love an opportunity to improve. Ponce Bank prides itself on being an equal-opportunity employer with vast development opportunities and robust benefit offerings. In addition to this policy being a commitment, providing equal opportunity is at the heart of Ponce Bank's ethos. From the services we provide to our community work, paving the way for accessible opportunities is foundational to Ponce Bank's culture. We welcome your feedback on how we can do better.
