It's really satisfying working at Posh. The problems we work on are interesting and meaningful for our customers/market. The management treats everyone fairly and values all sorts of input. Definitely a bottom-up culture, where if you have an idea, you can put it into motion with a lot of support. It strikes a fun balance between nerdy and fun and light-hearted.

Great company culture. Everyone wants to win and willing to help each other with clients and goals. Leadership is transparent about company's direction and growth goals. You have the opportunity to come in and physically see the impact you are making. Not always the case when working a much larger shop. Employees are heard when voicing the things and and goals they want to gain from their role within the company. Customers are fun to work with, and they love the product!!!
