      Lovely friendly people. Positive can-do attitude. Very inclusive. Diversity. Hybrid working. Staff events and get togethers

      It can be a case of favourites get promoted rather than the best person for the job.

      People care about your wellbeing, they are always seeking ways to improve, they care about protecting your job. They have a lot of communities within the company to create bonds with others. They are forward thinking with diversity. They always challenge themselves to do better

      Cons

      They are dis-organized. Be prepared, there is little structure and things are changing all the time. If you are organized and require structure, then get ready to leave your comfort zone. They could be so much better with more structure and they are getting there but it won't happen over night
