Bad senior management with no structure in place to support mid-junior employees for any personal and professional growth and legitimate grievances.
A number of management hadn't even read all the source materials they were supposed to be selling but would constantly question those who had in frankly, a rude, unprofessional manner.

Any creative progress that had potential was always quashed with little explanation to the people who'd put their time and soul in to it.
Aggressive and unconstructive management, which was essentially bullying in the work place, was allowed to go unquestioned. Even when this was reported in to "HR", nothing was done. This is not professional and should not be acceptable anywhere.
