Pros

Nice modern office in a decent location. Free biscuits. Harry Potter artwork everywhere.

Cons

Communication and senior management in this company is the worst I've known. There isn't a cohesive plan of work from top down. Trying to get information from anyone is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Maybe because no one actually has a clue what the ask is and has just delegated the work on in the hope someone else will either take the blame for bad delivery, or is able to take a lucky guess as to what is actually needed. At the end of the day, it's a company that is trying to milk a lot out of a limited source and it's just not quite working with the current management structure in place. Good luck if you choose to work here, you're going to need it.

Pros

Lovely, central office Mid-junior level colleagues were fantastic Getting to work on the Harry Potter brand (a dream come true for Potter fans)

Cons

Bad senior management with no structure in place to support mid-junior employees for any personal and professional growth and legitimate grievances. A number of management hadn't even read all the source materials they were supposed to be selling but would constantly question those who had in frankly, a rude, unprofessional manner. No one listened to the people they brought in to do their jobs, which over little time, was demoralising. Any creative progress that had potential was always quashed with little explanation to the people who'd put their time and soul in to it. Aggressive and unconstructive management, which was essentially bullying in the work place, was allowed to go unquestioned. Even when this was reported in to "HR", nothing was done. This is not professional and should not be acceptable anywhere.
