I recently celebrated 13 years of service with Power/mation. There is a lot of longevity within the company. They like to promote from within. Employees who show initiative and a sincere interest in career development are given job growth opportunities. I speak from experience as I grew within my profession in the company and was recognized and rewarded for my hard work, dedication and initiative. Very good benefits. I like the people with whom I work. Overall good management team. Very fortunate to have a President in place with multiple years in the industrial automation industry. He is well known and well respected within the industry. He is down-to-earth and approachable.
