Pros

Average perks. Coffee, good team members.

Cons

Joined after reading all the good things about power objects US . its a completely different story in the UK office. Poor leadership team in the AX department followed by no support from HR after you have joined. Managers expect you to work till you drop and treat consultants like a herd of sheep.

Good projects, Good team on the ground.

Cons

It's been more than three years with this company, and current management/managers mostly got this position based on favoritism and personal relations. Low pay scale. Biased leaders who treat very unprofessional. No support from HR and managers. False Commitments. More concern about CRM than complete Dynamics 365 team.

Thanks for sharing your experiences -- engaged employees hold us accountable for maintaining a culture where everyone can enjoy coming to work. Our commitment to the full Dynamics 365 product line is still alive and well. PowerObjects began as a CRM focused company, but prior to Microsoft merging the products into one, there were many companies focused solely on CRM or ERP -- few did both. We, like others, are experiencing learning curves as we adopt the other half of the platform, but we also know we're doing better than most at successfully delivering the end-to-end product. Our client successes are evidence of this, but we still have work to do to ensure our employees on the ERP side feel as though we're acting collectively. As we announced at the Annual All Company Meeting this past month, this upcoming year is all about changing how we think internally. Much of our team joined us when we were still a CRM company, but in order for us to go the final mile, we need to transition everyone's mindset to think about the entire platform. We're committed to making this happen, and we hope you'll join us fostering this conversation. Thanks for being on the team!

Pros

Great salary, and a strong brand name within the market.

Cons

Overworked with very little barriers on communications outside of core working hours. No support, and when issues were raised with project stakeholders or management they would be portrayed as 'growing pains' and we 'just needed to get it done' regardless of factors involved. The experience through the recruitment process was nothing like the realities once joining, and on my first day on site there was little direction other than 'here are your credentials'.
