None - the worst 18 months of my career!
Cons
Joiner beware, favouritism, cronyism and nepotism exists here and it emanates from the very top. If you are looking for a job that does not include annual salary reviews, where the threat of termination hangs over you daily, where compliance with the MD’s ethically questionable motives are rewarded then this is the place for you. The U.K. business has joint MD’s who run this business as their own part time fiefdom whilst having personal interests in other businesses that coincidentally are part of SPL’s supply chain.
