      Pros

      Remote work, but honestly that's the only positive...

      Cons

      -health insurance coverage is expensive and coverage is garbage -the company calls everyone "family", always a red flag -the software engineers are HIGHLY underpaid -you never get a raise or promotion

      Was a good place to work with good leadership. Small company, the value is on their people.

      Cons

      Their pay rate at the time I was working for them was a bit below the market. That was a long time ago so I'm not sure that is still the case.
