Pros

Great clients and experienced, knowledgable staff. Clean environment. Offers a great variety of services. Amazing, experienced groomers! You can bring your dog(s) to work. Flexibility when wanting time off.

Cons

Pay is low. Moral doesn't exist. Lack of management and training. It's like pulling teeth when trying to get paid, especially if you worked for employer for a short period of time. Frequently short staffed. No benefits. Owner is very unprofessional and always blames her staff. Owner is inexperienced when it comes to customer service, she has no idea how to handle conflict in a professional manner. Job security is very low. Owner rarely helps her staff out.

Pros

The co-workers are great, being around animals is a delight, and scheduling is simple.

Cons

High turn-over, low wages, inexperience, lack of training, lack of benefits, not enough staff per dog, the owner expects 1 person to care for 40 dogs which isn't safe, the owner likes to let dogs run around everywhere making it difficult to do your job.

Pros

The dogs are all amazing, obviously. The coworkers are the only sanity you will find. Good enough pay and flexible hours.

Cons

This facility is extremely poorly run! It is usually a mess purely due to lack of enthusiasm. Everybody either quits or wants to quit because the owner/manager is unprofessional, incompetent, and is not cut out for running her first business. If I could give 0 stars to the management, I would.
