      Pros

      Multiple opportunities for growth and development. Senior Management listens and allows us to do our job. If someone needs any training then it is set up and given. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and experienced from the top down. Work life balance is stressed here. Everyone is friendly, smiles and excitement are genuine. Appreciation is shown and conveyed.

      Cons

      Only con that I can think of is that the days go by so quickly.
