      Great Salary Great Benefits Employee oriented company

      Cons

      Not alot of room for advancement. Most “middle management” positions have been the same people for a very long time, and can make you have a feeling of being stuck in place with no way out.

      Great pay and bonuses and ability to get raises. Ability to work overtime, extra pay for working weekends and nights, and triple pay for working holidays. Can make one regular weeks (~1200) pay by working one holiday.

      -pay -not too much micromanagement -pretty good with allowing you to take pto

      Cons

      -when the lab is understaffed work can be too much for one person -they tell you it's performance based pay raises, however that isn't true -no room for advancement
