Wow... where to start. I will try to be constructive.
- Turnover is extremely high... like maybe 70-80% within a year. I you have a chance to see the President's bookshelf take note of the annual company Christmas photos, and the fact that the majority of the people in the photos are different from year to year.
- The best way to succeed at Precision is to be a 65+ hr/wk drone, a dedicated sycophant, or have intimate relations with the President.
- The management style is indicative of someone who read an organizational behaviour text book, then either over-applied the techniques or applied the techniques way too literally. Ultimately it comes off as being coercive and manipulative to anyone with decent IQ.
- You will be berated, condescended to, undermined, and have your character systematically assassinated both publicly and behind closed doors. Your e-mails, IMs, time spent at lunch or even in the bathroom will be monitored. You will be subject to illogical temper tantrums and odd team-building rituals/training.
- The "model outputs" you will be providing to clients are often flawed, and the statistics screwed in favor of producing a result.
