      Pros

      Loved the company and the people, just realised that recruitment isn't for me. Good incentives, good commission structure, good training.

      Cons

      Expect ridiculously long hours. Start work at 08:30 latest, can't be late, supposed to finish at 17:30 but no one does. Statutory sick pay only.

      Fun ethos - on Sales day it was American themed, we had a burger eating contest and ordered 100 cheeseburgers! Encouraging company Financially rewarding Good incentives A lot of support Amazing training Supportive senior management

      Cons

      Nothing so far, if I ever had a problem I feel confident that I could talk to someone and it would be sorted.
