      Great company outstanding supervisors who lead by example and luckily gets rid of the slackers quick!

      Pros

      Good benefits,Owner treats you like a person not a number,taking vacations mandatory.Don't keep slackers employed long and rewards the good employees with great wages and a very safe environment to work,if you are not a safe hard worker do not apply but if you are you will be rewarded weekly and yearly.

      Cons

      Hire a lot of "shipyard employees"not workers takes a few weeks to weed thru the talkers and slackers might get a good employee out of 10 rejects

      Pros

      Christmas bonus was sometimes nice but mostly disappointing if compared to others. When that time if year comes be on your peas,and ques because they will find reason to take it from you.

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. Even when going above and beyond for them it seemed unoticed. Some of the leadership lacked knowledge in the feild they were trying to lead.

      the boats were fairly new

      management completely unorganized,went to out of state jobs without telling you and forced you to stay overnight with no notice
