Almost everything. Management is terrible. They play favorites and only follow rules when it help the owner. Also owner cares only about money. Their HR dept is also a joke. If you go to HR and complain or question something they fire you. I have see. It twice while working

Management is a joke, and Anyone in a Management position should never insists on being called ‘Grubby’ . They are so deeming to their Sales Dept.! They demand that the Salesmen put price increases on their customers almost every quarter. However, they have an amazing Office Manager! A real dedicated worker! I have never seen anyone go thru the people she does and management could care less. BUT not everyone would leave their daughter stranded on the side of the road because they ‘were calling customers about 2 day old bills’! So, if this is how you prioritize your life then working here is the place for you! They also do criminal background checks but only on the worker and not your spouse so no worries there.
