start very early in the morning and finish early.
Cons
company puts a lot of pressure on productions with few people. so people are overworked. With a shameful 2% raise each year. The one in Vaudreuil Dorion is the worst one. Their kitchen is dirty. a lot of things including fridge leaking water. Large walk in freezer in factory side has no means of escape from inside and there were 2 employees who got trapped inside because some workers put heavy pallets outside of the door so it blocked the door. Its a massive security concern!!! Director changes within a year or 2. People dont stay there long. Its the worst place ive ever worked for. Company doesnt care about their employees.
