      Pros

      After working for P+P for 3 years (in a part-time seasonal position) I have nothing but good things to say about this organization. They are one of the few organizations that truly executes their mission on all counts. Working with them is incredibly reward. They are a very transparent in terms of salary and expectations.

      Cons

      Sine they are a non-profit their salary can be slightly on the low side.
