- New leadership is great and really elevating the business. Especially Vik - Very talented and dedicated people that get things done - Awesome team, everyone is very friendly - Work from anywhere - Open PTO policy that you can actually use

- Small company, so limited resources sometimes to get everything done

Most of the teammates are good colleagues.
Cons
Very high employee turnover with fundamental changes in company strategy every 2-3 years. In essence, the company starts things from scratch every 2-3 years and a new set of top brass arrive with their own personal agenda. They enrich themselves and their friends for some time and leave, starting the next cycle.
