Pros

Experience in research work within NYS and outside NYS. Sit in on interesting policy-related webinars. My immediate supervisors were friendly and down to earth.

Cons

There is a lack of connecting and networking. Wasn't very welcomed or acknowledged by my overall team, to say the least. Lots of phishing in my email every day. Did not feel like I was doing anything for a majority of my internship Pay and hours could be better
