Pros
culture, people, the courses, cpd and development opportunities, the personalities of staff, the caseload size.... Not an "overworking culture". Feeling of family and everyone so supportive. Competency of colleagues and management. Forward thinking. Intelligence of staff and emotional intelligence. One of the best places I have ever worked . Will miss it greatly
