Pros

When I started with this company 4 years ago I wasn't in a good place financially. Now I have a full time career and my life is on track. There is plenty of room for mobility within the company if you want it. Compensation for sales is high. The company prefers to promote internally versus hiring outside management. Leadership knows what they're doing. Always professional.

Cons

Competitive, sales-driven atmosphere can be stressful if you're not up to it. Commute may be required to move up.

Pros

Sr. Mang. will work with you to a certain degree once they know of the issues. Its also very nice to have a company truck.

Cons

$25 a day Per diem. regardless of where you are in the country. Cheap hotels which you share with another guy. NEW management has a tendency to belittle field employees.
