Far away from central Of capital

This is my REAL review, the first one, I gave it 5 stars because the management demanded me to rate them highly in Glassdoor. Fake people and fake smiles, very plastic environment. The managers are the core of the company, the business and the consultants are just a byproduct. They offer a good salary to young graduates, and a few months later they say you're total crap, and that the client doesn't like you, and that you need to lower your rates or you'll get fired. You have to practice before every meeting with the a possible client, to help sell you better, and if you slip a little bit in the meeting with the client, they get medieval on your butt.
