      Company owners are involved in the company and want it to succeed. Many coaching opportunities, and positive relationship between management and employees. Favorable conditions and capacity to buy many vacation days.

      Cons

      The company is in rapid growth, so there are lots of things that haven't been thought out completely.

      It's nice to work at Prime Vision. Everyone is helpful and you get the opportunity to learn new things.

      There aren't any big cons. Some of the technology is outdated, but we're working on that.
