      Company owners are involved in the company and want it to succeed. Many coaching opportunities, and positive relationship between management and employees. Favorable conditions and capacity to buy many vacation days.

      Cons

      The company is in rapid growth, so there are lots of things that haven't been thought out completely.

      Lots of freedom can make it hard to find your direction and path. Office space is good but could be more diverse.
