A company that never value her employees.
Pros
1. They provide shift allowances (if you work in shifts) which is of quite higher side. 2. They provide food/ food allowance for the employees who works in shift. 3. They will provide you good apprisal.
Cons
1. Mentality of higher management towards employees are not professional. People in management do not value the employees. They will treat you as a labour. 2. Unprofessional finance team, who will eventually make mistakes like calculating your TDS, sending payslip to wrong employees, sending referral bonus to wrong employees. 3. Higher management is biased and they do not listen to both sides of the story before judging you. 4. HR is everything here, even if you want to change your desk due to high AC you need an approval from HR. 5. When you resign, HR will literally see you off till the lift lobby as if you are suddenly nobody after resigning. They will not even allow you to meet your colleague and say good bye to them. 6. Company is highly depending on a single project from an American insurance company. 7. Leave policy is a mess. You will not be able to take leave to support project work, suddenly when you decide to move on from this company, your leaves will not get encashed. 8. No cab provided even for the people working in shifts. All these points are from my experience here for 1.9 years. Overall if you are a person of high self esteem and self respect you will suffer here in every step. Higher management, HR will remind you everyday that you work for the company and you are not one of them in the company. In short you will loose your mental peace while working here. There will be no work life balance.
