Pros

Good exposure to all types of PV and MI work with clients mainly EU and US Loved my team - the only way I survived the madness The company I joined initially was friendly exciting and dynamic

Cons

Workload expectations were insane with promises of resource that never materialised Resistance to change to accommodate larger scale (can’t stay in the way it used to be) Bullying from senior management and a blame culture - if your face didn’t fit you knew it! Very dubious allocation of bonus and promotions Reorganisation and Assignment to roles was done without people impacted knowing until the day they start Interesting to see that the number of senior Female directors dropped significantly from when I started until I left! The company I left had demotivated, bullied staff but some real gems who were hoping that things would turn around (hope they are listened to eventually)

Pros

Met some nice colleagues but they don`t stay around for too long

Cons

Company is led by narrow-minded managers who do not know anything about working with people (even talking to people - a lot of name calling and mental abuse). Hard working, smart, people are not valued in this place. The only thing that matters here is how good will you get with the boss and that will reflect on everything in this company, your salary, bonus, workload, time off. If you can`t bring yourself down to that level you are doomed. Stay away if you care about yourself, your health and well-being.

Pros

Free fruit, coffee and new office

Cons

A lot of cons! The word con is a good way to describe primevigilance. Let’s start at the beginning with the interviews where they oversell the company and roles. They advertise a bonus but no one has been paid a bonus in years, so don’t fall for those lies. Human Resources is a joke, don’t expect them to be confidential. Information is passed around the office very quickly. High turn over of employees for a reason! This company is extremely unstable with a high turnover. Most recently UK directors have been fired. I think in my team alone 14 employed left in a year. Everyone is happy to leave whilst most people left are miserable and waiting to leave (companies fault obviously). As for day to day work, expect to be overworked and set unrealistic targets. Overtime has also been scrapped with the introduction of a case processing “bonus” where you are paid 11-20p per case (each case takes 20 minutes) so you do the math. As for my team itself, a lot of inexperienced people who are solely hired on their language skills. Expect favouritism for certain employees with one such employee promoted to project manager having not worked for half the year and constant working from home days where no work was done. The remaining directors are based in Croatia and have no respect for employees and you hear stories of people fired on the spot for no reason. The new office itself is nice however horrible location. It takes 40 minutes just to get out of the science park (0.5miles), similar times if you plan to use public transport .
